Leak Protection

As your water service provider, we are dedicated to providing you with a safe and reliable water supply. Over the years, we have made many improvements to our systems and will continue to upgrade and maintain our equipment in order to provide you with this service.

After a lengthy and careful review of our policy on leak credits, we determined that the best way to continue offering this service was to replace it with a water loss protection plan. These plans provide coverage for high water bills due to certain eligible water leaks.

As of May 1, 2018, our current leak credit policy will be replaced by these new plans. We have mailed a letter and selection form to all or our residential customers. If you did not receive this mailing, it is available here.
